Strategic Partnership: Families of Trauma (IFOT)
WorkDecisions.ai maintains a formal social-impact partnership with Families of Trauma (IFOT), an independent charitable organization supporting families affected by trauma through education, recovery programs, and long-term assistance initiatives.
This partnership reflects our operating philosophy:
responsible automation must strengthen society, not extract from it.
How the Partnership Works
A portion of WorkDecisions.ai client engagement fees is allocated as non-exclusive charitable contributions to IFOT. These contributions are not tied to service delivery, performance outcomes, or commercial consideration. They are directed solely to support IFOT’s charitable mission in accordance with applicable nonprofit governance standards.
At the client’s discretion, charitable allocations may alternatively be directed to a qualified NGO of their choice, subject to mutual verification and applicable regulatory requirements.
ESG & Governance Alignment
For enterprise clients, this structure supports broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives by:
- Demonstrating responsible deployment of workforce automation
- Supporting verified social-impact initiatives
- Reinforcing ethical AI adoption and governance discipline
Where applicable and subject to local regulations, charitable allocations may be recognized as goodwill-related contributions within ESG, CSR, or sustainability reporting frameworks. Clients are encouraged to consult their tax and legal advisors regarding jurisdiction-specific treatment, incentives, or deductions.
Why This Matters to Leadership
AI adoption increasingly carries reputational, cultural, and governance scrutiny at the board level. Our partnership with IFOT ensures that:
- Automation decisions are defensible beyond cost reduction
- Workforce transformation is framed responsibly
- Leadership can demonstrate proactive social accountability alongside operational efficiency
This is not philanthropy as marketing.
It is governance by design.
